Plum Inc seeks a Campaign Operations Manager to lead hands‑on campaign execution in Instantly and SmartReach. You will own end‑to‑end setup, data loading, deliverability monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure successful launches.

This is a temporary role with potential to convert to full‑time in Plum's scaling campaign operations. Ideal candidates have proven experience managing outbound campaigns, strong deliverability knowledge, and the ability to work with Excel/CSV data, multiple sending

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach required.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, warm‑up, and sender health.
• Experience managing multiple sending accounts and inboxes.
• Strong Excel/CSV skills for filtering, validation, and deduplication.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage customer campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Handle multiple campaigns, sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• Upload, validate, and QA contact lists before go‑live.
• Configure sending schedules, limits, inbox rotation, and routing.
