Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess reading and writing skills and comprehend and communicate in English.
• One year of previous customer service work experience.
• Must be able to rotate shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure visitation passes are issued ONLY to visitors with permission.
• Monitor activities of assigned lobbies to maintain a safe environment.
