Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences at our Ramsey, NJ property. You will assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and process payments while maintaining a welcoming lobby and front desk area.

You will resolve guest issues through the Make it Right program, ensure safety and security procedures are followed, and support breakfast display setup and property cleanliness as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments per company guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest common spaces in accordance with standards.
