Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer phones, handle payments, and maintain front desk operations. The role includes processing reservations, managing cash and accounts, and ensuring daily safety and cleanliness standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient English to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system (PMS).
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math for cash handling and balancing.
• Good judgement and problem-solving in guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process reservations and maintain front desk paperwork.
• Manage cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain front desk and lobby areas neatly and organized.
• Promote ESA and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
