Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide outstanding guest service at the front desk. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking in/out, and collecting payments in line with company procedures.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to operate the property management system. A positive service mindset and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in/out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Complete front desk paperwork and follow safety and security procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process and treat guests with respect.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Manage cash, credit cards, and city ledger balances.
