Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and maintain front desk operations. You will answer phones, assist with reservations, and ensure a clean lobby and public areas in line with brand standards.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to safety policies, and proactive problem resolution to support a positive guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, answer phones, and collect payments.
• Process reservations and registrations in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest public spaces in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts with accuracy and security.
• Provide responsive guest service and resolve issues using the Make it Right process.
• Perform daily front office paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
