Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, and handle check-ins and check-outs. You will collect payments, maintain a secure front desk area, and support breakfast service while upholding company guidelines and safety standards.

You will use the property's management system daily to process reservations and balance accounts, providing excellent service and resolving guest requests with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior guest services or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle cash, credit payments and basic accounting.
• Proficient with a property management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with prompt follow-through.
• Answer phones, check guests in/out, and collect payments.
• Maintain front desk area and breakroom; ensure cleanliness.
• Sell hotel services and upsell to increase reservations.
• Follow safety and security procedures and company policies.
• Process reservations and departures per guidelines.
• Assist with breakfast setup/takedown as needed.
