Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, check them in and out, handle reservations, and process payments in a timely, professional manner at our Ramsey, NJ properties. The GSR will also support front desk and lobby areas and assist with breakfast display setup and overall cleanliness.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, safe procedures, and friendly service, with opportunities to contribute to the guest experience and property standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or related experience.
• Familiarity with front desk procedures and guest services.
• Ability to follow safety and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and collect payments.
• Answer phones and handle guest requests.
• Process reservations and registrations per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and public areas tidy and organized.
• Resolve guest issues using ESA Make it Right process.
• Protect cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
