Driftwood Hospitality Management in Durham, NC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and ensure an exceptional stay. You will process payments, handle inquiries, and support guests with local information throughout a 24/7 front desk operation.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to perform basic calculations while maintaining a courteous demeanor and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

• Hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Input guest data and assign rooms, processing payments as needed.
• Verify credit cards and handle transactions and vouchers.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate with a supervisor when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist other front desk staff as required.
