Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests and manage check-in/out processes. You will handle payments, verify guest information, and maintain accurate guest accounts while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires effective English communication, basic calculator skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with basic calculator and handling moderately complex arithmetic.
• Experience in front desk operations or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance house accounts.
• Code electronic keys and manage vouchers, travelers’ checks, and other payments.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel services.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
