Job summary

Must be able to drive a 15-passenger shuttle and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality experience helpful but not required.
• Proficient in basic calculator use and money handling.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Able to input and retrieve information in a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
• Input guest information, confirm details, and assign rooms.
• Process payments and post charges to guest accounts.
• Answer phones promptly and convey information clearly.
• Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues per policies.
