Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Agent in Raleigh, NC to greet guests, check them in/out, and ensure a superior stay. You will input data, verify rates, and manage payments using the hotel system with accuracy and courtesy.

Strong English communication, a customer-service mindset, and basic calculator skills are essential. High school diploma preferred; hospitality experience is a plus. This role is on-site and requires standing and interaction with guests throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Greeting and registering guests with a friendly, professional manner.
• Handling check-in/out, payments, and distributing room keys accurately.
• Comfortable using a computer system and basic arithmetic for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, sincere welcome and provide information about hotel services.
• Input guest data, verify rates, and complete registration procedures.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance house banks as assigned.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
