Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, register them efficiently, and ensure a smooth check-in and checkout experience at our Durham property. You will input guest information, process payments, and assist with room assignments while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (hospitality preferred), strong English communication, and solid basic math skills to handle cash and vouchers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong math and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to operate a computer system and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, input data into computer system.
• Code electronic keys, process payments, and close out guest accounts.
• Assist guests with local information and hotel amenities.
• Handle check-outs and resolve guest issues.
