Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills across store levels.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers.
• Manage storage buy pick-up process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of phone SOP.
• Verify identity of pickup person.
• Obtain required customer information for storage buy pickups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to brand standards.
• Act in line with company core roles.
