Responsibilities

• Follow the company SOP for phone answering
• Verify identity of person picking up orders
• Collect required customer information for pickups
• Process pickups at POS and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to safety lifting procedures
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with questions
• Stock and clean products according to brand standards
