You will verify identities, collect required customer information, and process pickups in the POS, while answering product questions and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and follow the store's phone answering SOP.
• Verify pickup identity to ensure authorization.
• Obtain required customer information for all pick-ups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting.
• Be an expert on products and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
• Act in line with the company's core roles.
