Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring to greet customers and manage the customer storage pick-up process. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The role requires knowledge of store procedures, order verification, and POS handling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company’s car topper program.
• Follow phone answering SOPs.
• Verify identity of person picking up orders.
• Collect required information for all pick-ups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
• Act in line with company core roles.
