Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with store management and associates.
• Proficiency with computer/Internet tools and basic coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Follow phone answering SOP.
• Verify identity of customers picking up orders.
