Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with all levels.
• Solid computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist with their needs.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process and verify identity of the picker.
• Operate the POS to deliver customer store orders.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling goods.
• Provide product knowledge assistance and make recommendations.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
• Act in alignment with Floor & Decor’s core roles.
