Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a friendly sales associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process in a fast-paced retail setting. This role supports both full-time and part-time schedules with a base pay starting at $15.15 per hour and higher based on experience.

You will verify identities, process pickups in POS, and assist customers with product questions and selections while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process.
