Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or related customer service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to interact with a wide variety of people and coordinate multiple priorities.
• Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard monitoring.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct front desk staff.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy at start/end of each shift.
• Maintain safe, clean facility environment and report safety/quality issues.
