Guest Services Inc. in the United States is hiring a Front Desk Agent to perform desk attendant duties, check guests and vendors in and out, handle reservations, and operate the switchboard with a welcoming, service‑minded approach.

The role requires strong customer service skills, clerical accuracy, and the ability to balance cash and process payments. You will coordinate with housekeeping, verify charges, assist guests, and maintain safety awareness while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Clerical skills including typing, filing, and office machine operations.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and multitask; problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative, reception and program support to management and staff.
• Manage phone activity and general knowledge for callers.
• Manage walk-in traffic and sign in customers as needed.
• Greet customers and register/assign rooms to guests.
• Provide quotes for room rates and up-sell when possible.
• Coordinate Front Desk and Housekeeping activities.
• Verify charges and credits posted to guest folio; collect payments.
• Balance cash at start/end of each shift.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints within authority; escalate as needed.
• Maintain safety awareness and report issues to management.
