Evolve Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet visitors, coordinate property tours, and support administrative staff on site. This temporary full-time role serves as the first impression of the community and may extend through February 2027.

Responsibilities include answering calls, guiding guests, and maintaining a welcoming reception area while upholding our values of compassion and service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to handle multi-line telephone system and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrates teamwork and professional conduct in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide information about the property.
• Arrange property tours for prospective residents or visitors.
• Answer multi-line phone, take messages, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
• Provide clerical support to administrative staff and maintain reception area in an orderly condition.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests and information.
