Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. You will provide front desk coverage and exceptional service, creating a welcoming environment and coordinating resident services.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, scheduling transportation, activities, and assisting with clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a busy senior living community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience in hospitality, retirement living, or office setting.
• Strong computer literacy including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone calls and direct inquiries as needed.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally.
• Monitor access and maintain visitor logs for community security.
• Assist residents with transportation, activities, and appointments.
