Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks an energetic Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors within a welcoming community. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate resident services, and provide exceptional customer service daily.

The role supports a team-focused environment and requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion and care for residents. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of front desk or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a busy senior living setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet residents, families, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access.
• Assist residents with schedules and transportation.
• Support management with administrative tasks.
• Order office supplies.
• Address concerns and escalate to management.
• Complete work orders.
