Job summary

Viva Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism. You’ll help direct people, answer phones, and share information about community services and tours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service or receptionist experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Able to meet attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Willing to assist during emergencies and weather events.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Greet and sign in visitors and assist them in locating resident rooms and community areas.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct information to appropriate staff.
• Announce appointments and arrivals to staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.
• Share information about services, amenities, and rates when appropriate.
• Assist with community tours and information for prospective residents.
• Prepare and maintain admission and informational packets.
• Maintain a neat front desk and lobby area.
• Protect resident privacy and PHI.
• Follow policies, procedures, and Resident Rights.
• Participate in required training and life-safety activities.
