Job summary

TheExperience Senior Living Team is seeking a full-time Concierge to welcome residents and guests, answer phones, and coordinate services across dining, transportation, and events. You will ensure a positive, personalized experience and support families and staff with logistics and communications.

The ideal candidate has prior front desk or concierge experience, strong communication skills, patience, and proficiency with computers and tablets.

Qualifications

• Experience as Concierge, Front Desk, Receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• One to two years working with seniors preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use computers, iPad/tablet, Word, internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Answer phones within 3 rings and relay or route calls as needed.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (dry cleaning, groceries, transportation, reservations).
• Welcome new residents and families within the first week of arrival.
• Manage transportation schedule and confirm written details with all parties.
• Assist with dining reservations liaison between culinary and guest services.
• Maintain security and a clean, organized reception area.
