Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking Georgia Tech - Guest Services staff at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta. This part-time position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to event attendees and creating a welcoming, safe environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma (some college preferred), and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; training and opportunities for growth are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees.
• Assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment and signage.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors and teammates for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism.
