Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services staff member for Georgia Tech events at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, GA. The role is part-time with pay of $15/hr, focusing on delivering exceptional service to attendees.

You will welcome guests, assist with event setup, answer questions, and guide attendees to facilities while maintaining professionalism and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and meet local regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or event-related experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to event attendees.
• Assist with event setup, signage and related tasks.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, exits.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety.
