Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking part-time Guest Services Staff for Georgia Tech events at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta. You will warmly welcome attendees, assist with directions and information, and support event operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, are reliable, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, and the role emphasizes teamwork and safety-conscious service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist event attendees with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Assist with event setup and signage placement.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and a positive experience.
• Adhere to company policies and provide high standards of service.
