BEST Crowd Management is seeking Georgia Tech Guest Services staff to warmly welcome attendees at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta. You will contribute to memorable experiences through proactive guest support and friendly service.

As part of the Guest Services team, you will help with setup, guide guests to seating and facilities, and respond to inquiries while ensuring safety and venue policies are followed. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old; local regulations may vary.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming attendees and assisting with their needs.
• Assist with event setup and signage placement.
