BEST Crowd Management is hiring for a Georgia Tech Guest Services position at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, GA. As a part-time Guest Services staff member, you will greet attendees, answer questions, direct guests, and support event operations with a team-focused approach.

This role requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and a positive work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet local regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or event-related experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming attendees.
• Assist with event set-up, signage, equipment and tasks as assigned.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, organization and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions and exits.
• Address inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional service standards.
