BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services Staff member for Georgia Tech events at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to attendees and supporting event operations.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering questions, assisting with setup, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older (age requirements vary by location).
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event setup and signage placement.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
