Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking Georgia Tech - Guest Services staff at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta. You will warmly welcome attendees, help with directions, and provide event information to ensure a memorable experience.

This part-time role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming attendees and assisting with their needs.
• Assist with event set-up, including equipment, signage, and other tasks.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and a positive experience.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold high standards of professionalism.
