Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services Staff member for Georgia Tech events at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, GA. You will warmly welcome attendees, answer questions, guide guests, and help maintain a safe, enjoyable environment during events.

This part-time role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service experience is advantageous, and a high school diploma or equivalent is welcome.

Qualifications

• Some college education preferred.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming attendees.
• Assist with event setup, signage, and other tasks as assigned.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and share information about the event and venue.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
