BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Georgia Tech - Guest Services staff member to welcome attendees at Bobby Dodd Stadium, Atlanta, GA. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for event attendees, with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction.

The position is part-time and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least 18 years old; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist event attendees with their needs to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with event set-up, signage, and other tasks as assigned.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams for smooth operations.
• Support crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Follow company policies and uphold professionalism and service standards.
