BEST Crowd Management is hiring Georgia Tech Guest Services staff to welcome attendees and help ensure a smooth event experience at Bobby Dodd Stadium. You will assist with information, etiquette, and directions for guests in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old; local regulations may apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming attendees and assisting with their needs.
• Assist with event setup, including arranging equipment and signage.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
