Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a friendly Guest Services Staff member for Georgia Tech events at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta. This part-time role focuses on delivering outstanding service to event attendees and supporting team operations.

You will greet guests, answer questions, guide guests to seats and facilities, assist with setup, monitor areas for safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth events. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service or events is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists event attendees with their needs.
• Assist with event setup and signage as needed.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Provide information about the event, facilities and amenities.
• Direct guests to seats, restrooms, concessions and exits.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism.
