BEST Crowd Management is seeking Guest Services staff for Georgia Tech events at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, GA. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional attendee service and supporting smooth event operations.

You will welcome guests, provide information, assist with setup, and help direct attendees to facilities while upholding safety and professional standards. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service or events is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees.
• Assist with event set‑up, including arranging equipment and signage.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concession stands, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and a positive attendee experience.
