Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Norfolk to oversee staff, ensure store policies are followed, and maintain smooth daily operations. The role emphasizes customer care and team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

The GSS will supervise cash handling, POS operation, and maintain housekeeping while supporting 24/7 guest service programs and procedures, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to access all areas of the store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform assigned duties per management's guidance.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while upholding store policies.
