Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The GSS will supervise daily tasks, coach employees, handle POS cash processes, and uphold safety and quality standards while maintaining in-stock conditions and resolving guest inquiries. The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure duties are performed per management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards.
• Maintain in-stock product replenishment.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
