Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure store objectives are met. The GSS will coach employees, greet guests, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and store policies.

Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, managing cash, maintaining in-stock conditions, handling guest inquiries, checking in vendors, and supporting housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs.
