Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure tasks are performed per management's directions.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash procedures per policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
