European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, assist with check-in/out, manage bookings, and educate guests on services and promotions. You will be the welcoming face of our brand in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency with scheduling software. Availability for mornings/evenings and weekends is expected, with a supportive, team-focused culture and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software.
• Approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to support morning and/or evening shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Managing booking appointments and handling inquiries over the phone and in-person.
• Educating guests on services, products, and promotions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
