European Wax Center is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to warmly greet guests, manage bookings, and educate clients on services and promotions. You will help with check-in/out, answer inquiries, and maintain a tidy reception area while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
