European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create a welcoming environment and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, manage appointments, educate on services and products, maintain a clean reception, and handle transactions. This role offers an hourly wage with bonuses, paid time off, health insurance options, and a team-oriented, beauty-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
