European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle bookings with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will educate guests on services and promotions while maintaining a clean reception area and accurate transactions.

This role emphasizes customer service, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Training and team support are provided in a dynamic beauty setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Assist guests with check-out and manage booking appointments.
• Handle inquiries over the phone and in-person and educate guests on services, products, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and process transactions accurately.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting fellow associates.
