Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate top-tier service for hotel guests. You will work with the Account Manager to coordinate operations, assist guests, and contribute to a safe, efficient valet environment.

Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus tips with benefits including accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k plan. Schedule spans Monday through Sunday and emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
• Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create positive first impressions.
• Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests and park/retrieve vehicles safely.
• Explain parking procedures, assist with directions and guest inquiries, and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and effective communication among staff.
• Issue claim checks, manage keys securely, and maintain accurate shift paperwork and revenue records.
