Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service for hotel guests and assist the Account Manager on-site. You will coordinate guest services, manage vehicle flow, and resolve issues with a focus on hospitality excellence.

The role requires flexibility for PM shifts and weekend availability, driving responsibilities, and a strong emphasis on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
• Work Experience: Six (6) months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Skills: Must be able to drive manual transmission; speak, read and write Standard English; read and comprehend instructions; present information clearly; understand rates and time formats.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers; greet guests promptly to create positive first impressions.
• Opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests; checks in arriving guests and explains parking procedures; parks and retrieves vehicles safely.
• Provides bell services support, directions, taxis and reservations; maintains knowledge of the facility and local attractions.
• Leads the work group to deliver high levels of guest service; supports staffing decisions with the Account Manager.
• Issues claim checks and collects vehicle keys; completes ticket information and secures keys.
• Ensures privacy and HIPAA-compliant handling of guest information and financial data.
• Assists with schedule changes, revenue collection and shift reports; reconciles revenue and tickets at shift end.
• Adheres to safety, quality and client service standards and supports a constructive work environment.
