Job summary

Towne Park is recruiting a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the guest experience and support service standards on-site. You will work with coworkers to ensure smooth operations, and you may handle non-urgent issues by reporting to the manager with clear facts.

Under the Account Manager, you’ll coordinate and provide guidance as needed, while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests and clients throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers.
• Opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests and assists with parking procedures.
• Provides room bell services and assists guests with directions, taxis and reservations.

Responsibilities
